Rates are for 7 nights arriving any day. When possible we can offer a minimum of 2 night breaks with off peak rates starting from £90/night/Parlour & £145/night/Hayloft . Please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
In making a booking you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
Unless agreed otherwise all arrivals are from 4pm on your day of arrival. Departures are by 10am on your day of departure.
We take a £100/week 'Good House Keeping' deposit, £150 at Christmas and New Year. This is returned in full 7 days after departure if all our terms are adhered to.
Cottages are to be left in the condition you find them. Excessive cleaning will result in us retaining the £100 'Good House Keeping' deposit. Please see our terms & conditions.
